Family Support

Sweet Grass Family Support Services staff provide essential emergency and ongoing support to help families meet their daily basic needs. The support includes advocacy, referrals, and enhancing the capacity of families to care for their children.

To improve and build on families straight and social support in families and the community, we offer the following:

• Community closed
• Health-for-Two (prenatal care)
• ASQ and ASQE
• Advocacy services and referral information
• Goal setting
